Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

With the snow conditions improving all the time I am just wondering if there is anyone interested in making a group of max 6 people to spend a week or long weekend exploring the areas amazing off piste. I could arrange the guides and accommadation but you would have to sort out getting here for yourselves. You would share the costs of everything so it would not be to expensive.

Post here or PM me if anyone is an advanced off piste skier/boarder and might be interested. You can go to my facebook page if you want to see some of the things that we might do. I am always adding pics.

What dates are you looking at?

I am laid up at the moment, but would love to do this sort of thing, looing more like early March for me though, at the end of the school hols. I've been wanting to try Les Arcs for some time.

I will keep an eye on this thread.

If there is anyone else interested in forming this group, it looks like a week or long weekend is the most popular in March outside school holidays. If you are want to join us please add your details here or pm me. You can go to my facebook page to see some pics.

You need to be an ok off piste skier, but not an expert, although there might be a group for that level as well.

Please reply soon as we want to get it arranged in the next couple of weeks.
