Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Looking for a bargain weekend in March for 3 people

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Firstly hello all, its been a while since I posted last.

Ok I am after a weekend trip at the end of March (25/03/10 - 28/03/10) for myself and 2 friends in France/Swiss. Ive done the normal thing and typed in "ski/board weekend) into google and all the normal favourites pop up but nothing really grabs me.
In an ideal world we woud like the flights, accom, transfers all included in the price but are happy with just the transfers and accom if possible.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of websites or perhaps if anyone on here has a few rooms they need filling for this period? Our budget is upto £400 inc flights for the trip.

Please help!

Thanks

Chris

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

£400 all in is pretty cheap. We're off this weekend on a UCPA trip so if you don't mind sharing a room with your friends this could be an option. 4 days skiing worked out as about £280 for accommodation, all food, lift passes and ski hire, but doesn't include flights or transfers. However with £120 to spare I'm sure you'd get flights ok. Choose a UCPA near a major airport and you're laughing. Apparently the Flaine UCPA is supposed to be nice and not far from Geneva too. Not sure if they'd have your dates though. http://holidays.ucpa.com/Default.aspx

You could try www.hotel-le-cret.com in deux alpes, you would need to book your own flights and the transfer up the mountain is by VFD bus (which is 40euros direct and much less if you are willing to change in grenoble centre).

Or Zenith ski holidays also offer weekend trips and they will organise everything for you. www.zenithholidays.co.uk

Hope this helps Very Happy
