Going to Sunpeaks after Christmas. Are there any food shops or mini supermarkets in Sun Peaks itself?
Or should we turn up with food?

Yes, there's at least one supermarket for sure. But it has a limited range & probably more expensive. I'd bring staples and anything out of the ordinary & buy fresh stuff there. Enjoy!

There is one small supermarket and 2 shops that sell some food stuff 1 sells organic food. I would take some food in with you. We normally call in to Kamloops to one of the supermarkets there. The liquor store is quite good though.

When we were there, there was a lady who did runs to Kamloops for a big shop, it worked out less than the supermarket in SP. The agents should have a number

Sunpeaks is getting better with regards to food shops but I always find the price of food is not that different to the price of eating out (I am sure the prices are fixed like that). We usually stop on the way from Kamloops to stock up on what we can butfirebug is right there are people offering to go to Kamloops for you.
