Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

has anyone used the Banff link from these pre december and seen the qualification declaration ?

used to read - lift tickets cannot be bought seperately but must be bought as part of a package with accomodation or rentals or tuition . -

new declaration reads -must be bought with accomodation only-

having bought lift tickets , and ski school and waited the 48 hours for them to confirm conditions had been met i received confirmation and the vouchers end of november , still during the free days promotion .

now just received an e mail that my credit card will be reimbursed and the extras cancelled as they have altered the qualifying conditions .

vouchers sitting under the girlfriends tree for her to open christmas day . me stuck on a ship 250 miles away for the next week .

having accepted my money , provided the vouchers -thereby confirming acceptance of qualifying conditions , can they now cancel out on me ?

terms and conditions clearly state skisafariextras can be bought independently of booking a holiday thru them . due to them failing to cancel the order at the outset , if that is what should have happened , i am now unable to try other sites for the free day promotion and am looking to have to pay an additional £200 +

andys9, oh no, bad luck! Did you manage to sort it out? If not I guess you need to research Canadian consumer laws, not sure there'll be many people on Snowheads with knowledge on that subject.
