Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Should I huck off a 150ft cliff with 9 newborns tethered to my ankles with perished rubber bands?

only if each and every one of them has an S1 transciever- you as well- anything else would be stupid- you wouldn't catch me hucking 10' cliffs with 9 newborn children strapped to my ankes with perished rubber bands let alone 150' cliffs with anything else.

ed123, I disagree. An old bit of orange rope tied to your boot and coiled up your trouser leg should be more than adequate. Only poofs use transceivers.

Oh, has it been discussed before? I didn't know. Perhaps I should have used the search function, sorry.

Axsman, I think your only allowed to use the term 'poofs' if you are a poof, I think it's law now as poofs tend to get a bit precious if someone who isn't a poof calls them a poof. I'm sure JB... will be along to enlighten us later between tea breaks. ps I don't know if you have to be a practising poof or good at it for it to count though.

Shimmy Alcott, but that is because the M2 was tested on babies buried 5m deep in 1997... things have moved on.

My new S1 has just arrived - so obviously these are the best.

You've got no problems mate as long as the snow is deep enough. Record breaker Jamie Pierre landed on his head and was pretty much fine, although it took three guys about 45 mins to dig him out. I think attaching newborns to your feet is probably wise as in his case the wind resistance on his skis pushed him upside down, maybe a few babies would weigh them down. Probably better to go for rope though instead of rubber bands.

Anyway here's Jamie Pierre's record breaker - should probably warn you he's a bible basher, although it looks like all his praying might have actually paid off!

Axsman, and, if in France, wear a high visibility jacket.

paulio, it's better to hire - the carriage for 9 newborns is steep (especially on Ryanair) and you can always change them in resort if conditions change.

I find that they can often be had for free... left outside supermarkets as some sort of special offer complete with prams and often matching accessories.

I remember one year that there were two that looked the same in some kind of double buggy. Great for each foot as the flex is evenly matched.

paulio, Money saving tip, newborns have poor vision anyway so don't waste money on goggles. Clear Sellotape bound round their heads will be much cheaper.

paulio, I'd go with Axsman on this, In fact if you gaffer tape them facing inwards around your abdomen they will avoid harmful UV exposure and function as effective body armour and insulation for you!

paulio, I think your spoof threads should be roughly equal to the number of threads phrasing the original question, so in the case of Helmets, probably another couple of hundred. rolling eyes
