Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Need to book, not done this before. Cheapest I can find is £432 with cheapertransfers.com. Has anyone used them? Alternitively can anyone tell me the ins and outs of Altibus - they have the worst web site ever.

Shimmy Alcott, I would hope that you can rent a car for less than that.

We've used the CoolBus a few times without a hitch. Their prices seem to be rising though:

We tend to hire a car now.

train to aime, and direct bus from the train station to resort: 14 euros for the train and a tenner for the bus.

dbx, Only been with organised TO transfers before. Does the train go from the airport? We will have a lot of luggage ( Embarassed ) I expect the bus is geared up for that?

That's a pain in the back bottom suggestion. That's 3 different chances of transport for what should be be only 2.5 - 3 hours on a bus.

I really think that the Bus straight from the airport is your best option if you dont fancy driving. Altibus are very reliable and whilst they make a few stops it's still much easier than a bus to train, train to Aime and then bus to resort.

Yes I believe you do. If you have a lively 3 year old in tow surely better to rent a car and not have to get the bus etc? Like Lordsurfin we drive and have a "very lively just turned 3 this week" on board but must say after having flown with said toddler this week the car wins every time!
