Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski Bang with room for Boots

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi,

I am after a ski bag which will have room for a pair of ski boots as well as a pair of skis.

It will make carrying so much easier if everything is in just one bag. Does anyone know who makes such a bag ?

Cheers !

I have a dual ski bag from snow and rock that has wheels on the bottom, I reckon you could get a pair of boots in that + 2 pair of modern short skis!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Dogz111, haven't seen any I'm afraid, but I have a holdall that takes the boots in the pockets at either end. So I only have my ski bag and a holdall to carry.

Dogz111, I wouldn't recommend that. Put your boots in a boot bag that carries the rest of your gear (ideally a real boot bag with separate compartment for boots), like helmet, goggles, lock, etc. Leave the skis for a ski bag that has just the skis and perhaps some clothing and towels to pad them. I think that the boots would likely get cut up by the ski edges, and the skis would get beat up by the buckles, etc. if you carry them in the same bag... Shocked

Holdall on here might do the job, boots in either end, clothes in the middle, skis in ski bag www.skiwear4less.co.uk
