Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Silly question (perhaps) - but if you were offered one last (ever) run on skis which one would it be?

Assuming I couldn't go for waist deep powder in Alta, Utah and was restricted to "normal" conditions and marked runs I think I'd go for "Jerusalem" in St Martin de Belleville for high speed, thigh burning hell.... Toofy Grin

Not a bad run to finish on (IMO) Very Happy

Good shout with Jerusalem - after 20 yrs since I last went to the 3 vallees I'm particularly looking forward to skiing that run when i'm there over new years eve Very Happy

I'm with OP, Jerusalem is special, so is Combe de Vallon but I also like Bansko where its about 16km from the top to the bottom and you can do it in one go, although the Ski Road at the bottom half is like the Truite but finishes at the Happy End with giant kebabs and beer.

But then Peak to Creek is extra special but mainly because of Dusty's and the bucket of wings and pitcher of beer...

I'm so happy as I've only been skiing 10 years properly and I've been on all these runs that everyone think as special. Cucumelle, Lauberhorn, Black Rock, Jerusalem, Combe de Vallon, Peak to Creek, Point Du Vue...

Hopefully I'll find another 10 years worth before I find my last run...

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I've only seen Jerusalem with lots of rocks poking through, so hope to see it well covered in January or March upcoming. I liked the other red run down to St Martin, though, I think it's called Pramint. Mont Vallon is a heavenly hill. Toofy Grin
