Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Rocketski to Andalo

I have just booked a week for my 10 year old daughter and I to go to the Hotel Eden in Andalo with Rocketski. I have been with Rocketski before to a couple of resorts but this time we are flying out of Gatwick at 7.10 on a sunday morning! We usually fly from Bristol or Cardiff if possible.

I wonder if anyone has any knowledge of the resort or hotel and any suggestions for a Gatwick overnight ?! (see flight time above) and 8 days carparking. We will need to mind the pennies as we are still looking and hoping for a week at Easter!

Alun, speak to Rocketski, many operators can give you info on airport hotels that do an inclusive 1night accom and 1 week parking for about £50!

Alun Williams, try the Europa Hotel in Crawley. Absolute bargain when we stayed there, and they gave us the choice of on-site parking or a voucher for parking on the airport !

Alun Williams, make sure whichever hotel you use has a courtesy bus running to the airport at the time you need to transfer.

Many thanks. I searched and found the Europa (particularly booking it through the AA parking website) the best. After a problem regarding the booking discount we have changed to a Bristol flight and Les 2 Alps as a resort! Rocket ski were great and a big thanks to Dee for the excellent service. I will ask a different/new question as a new thread. Thanks again for the advice.
