Staying in Montalbert for a week in feb half term 2010
Trying to decide which ski hire shop to use to hire ski's etc for the kids.
Twinner (Serge Abondance) is the cheapest with 30% off but never used them before.
By the look of the village map all 4 are not that far from each other?
Which do you recommend I use?

Skisuit, Best to go for the best price and get to the ski shop ASAP as half term week vitually all their stock goes out on hire. The 4 hire shop owners in Montalbert all get on well together and have done for years, last season they all swapped franchisese so they all have virtually new stock.

This might be a very silly question but why are the Ski hire shops all called "Serge" - Twinner Serge , Serge Sport 2000?

Skisuit, As it's half term, if you plan to eat out be sure to book early, particularly if are going catered, for chalet girls night off.

Hi, all
We are self catering and my youngest is only a wee Toddler so probably be eating in.
My brother-in-law and his family might want to eat out a couple of times though so thanks for the tip.

FAQ
Serge Twinner (as against Serge Sport 2000!) is in the main 'street' approx no 11 on the map.
I'm impressed... and FWIW... agreed on the ski school thing
