No deals around for this week (unless I want to pay crazy single supps) so I have booked a ski trip for January instead

Linds, I'm interested in coming along to one of the Ladies' morning coaching sessions, but can't manage this week because I have a meeting on Wednesday (plus I was at Hemel (on telemarks) on Saturday and will be there again next Sat for the SnowHeads bash) but could do the 23rd I think.

Might be a bit chilly in a frock
Rob Are you taking the class for Ladies Morning or just doing other things?

You know it makes sense.

Linds, that sounds a very successful formula - what was the "lowest level" looking like? Was wondering about this for my nervous sister in law who lives not too far away.

pam w, Some of the groups run on Ladies Morning are inexperienced and/or fairly nervous. They use the nursery slope if necessary, and can move clients around between groups to find the right level for everyone as best they can. Might be a good option for Fiona to get her confidence back.

pam w, I think it's unlikely as I'm not due to be at The Snow Centre that day, although plans do change at short notice.

Yes, it was very enjoyable. Was missing my own ski boots, customized to fit snugly round the knobbles on my feet (especially during the exercise where you have to ski with boots undone....). It's a good value morning (£28 for two hours is the public price, which is what I paid) given the quantity and quality of tuition on offer. Was quite busy, and would have been better if some of the slope had not been taken up by toys - linds said this has been a frequent gripe, despite the Snow Centre's initial claim that this wouldn't happen.
