Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

If everyone send them this then they will take notice.

1. there is no chance of getting even 1% of all those who have used them for ski flights in the past to send such a message.

2. Even if you did (i.e. 100% of all those who have ever used them for a ski flight), they still would be extremely unlikely to change anything. They have done their research, and determined that, for them, this is the pricing model which works.

They don't have a history of getting their pricing models wrong.

@ Achilies Good one. Happy

PS I should have added that I go skiing in Hemsedal Norway. My sister lives in Norway and has a cabin. I have my main gear there and an ebay set of Volkl's for xscape/Scotland. I have to use Ryanair and I am not intending changing. However, if people have time to post their anger here about the charges, then what extra effort is required to pop an email. Different if it required writing a letter, printing it and popping down to the post office.

PS; I find FR cheap. Happy

glasgowcyclops,

Passengers funding their ski carriage charges in this way will need to assess the additional costs arising from the proposed £1 per wee fee after drinking all that coffee

For example, a coffee costs either £3 or three euros. If you use a 50 euro note to pay for the coffee, you should ask for your change in sterling, which is allowed under Ryanair's rules.

Visited Riga (lovely place, highly recommended) with Ryanair a couple of weeks back. Although I wasn't paying too much attention to things like a thimbleful of wine at £5+, I am about 95% sure that the in flight food and drink prices showed differential rates for sterling and euros - ie if something was 3 euros it WASN'T £3 - but was something like £2.70.

I have never tried to get the 8 am bus though

I've taken the morning bus on occassion at weekends. Never during school holidays. It has always been full with perhaps half a bus load of sorry looking grungy grenoble students not getting on. If you have booked they will lay on alternative transport it would seem but you might have a half an hour wait.

It is cheaper for me to get the bus if I'm on my own as there are cheap bus/lift pass deals.

Quote from the RyanAir staff recruitment page
Where possible, we incentivise your work so the more you do the more you get paid

So, with this in mind I have had a brilliant idea, that will not only increase the wages of some RA staff (admittedly not the vast majority of them, but 9 of them at least) but will also stop the complaining about the lack of services RA provide. Not sure about the cut Mr O’L would take but sure they could come to some arrangement.

Don’t forget you read it here 1st Laughing

I tried to arrive at a price list for various services but had to keep stopping in case Mr Admin looked in here
Anyone got any ideas?

I just got a brochure from Snowcoach ( www.snowcoach.co.uk ) that go from all over the UK to France and Austria, and you get 7 days skiing instead of 6. Not sure how I would cope being on a coach for such a long time. They do short breaks too.
