romeowner, its a completely different board imo, so much easier to ride. I always thought the normal custom was a bit crap, it does everything ok but individually nothing well, the new one is stronger at individual things and still does everything well, not just ok. The V is the board the custom should always have been imo. I tried other rocker boards and they all felt a bit washy on the piste, especially the salomon salvatore sanchez, get that thing over 50kph and it was a nightmare. I guess its a trade off with jibbing and piste riding. The custom V had the speed and the jibbability.
Cheers everyone but please dont think this is in some way an indication of my skillz on a board, I'm still an advanced beginner.

DebbiDoesSnow, next year they have moved away slightly from the skulls phase they went through. Some nice boards next year, but I would say that wouldnt I
