One of our boys needs to come off of blades, he skis them very well, but can't keep up with the others. I'm eyeing up a pair of Line Invaders. What's the verdict on them?

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

What year? Anyhoo if they are this years, if he is in to skiing park a lot then cool, great skis.. otherwise there is no real need to have a symmetrical ski. Otherwise there are probably better options out there.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

07/08, I was hoping they'd ski like big blades.

I heard of de-lams on the invaders a couple of seasons ago, but not in this years or lasts.
If he likes blades then these are a good choice. If he likes going fast as well, you may want to look at the Volkl Wall's, which are stiffer, but also symmetrical.

Thanks, our other boy is on Dogens, I was considering Volkl Wall or perhaps Bridge for him next. Incidently, we've had de-lam issues with the Dogens.
