Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Just wondering how buying a 2nd hand board is looked upon? As a you might know I've just bought a board off ebay, was pretty nervous incase I'd bought a board only suitable for the skip, but turned out to be a really pleasent ride up Tamworth Fri night.

Would you buy a board off ebay? How about bindings?

On a side note how often do people on here change there boards, bindings or boots?

Because when I first saw the board on ebay I thought that it was someone selling a nail and some poor bug was gonna get ripped off. But went back to it on the other night and thought it was prob worth it and as you know ended up buying it.

I guess I was trying to open a few boarders mind to buying off ebay or 2nd hand in order to save a few quid in these hard times. Up untill now I think I may have said to someone asking should I buy off this 2nd hand board I would prob been a bit wary of recommending it!

As I said just wondering really! Confused

Bought an ex demo board for peanuts - had about 5 days total on it. Bought a second hand race board for ultra cheap too.

I have three 2nd hand boards - if they're very cheap, why not? 2 of the 3 are really quite knackered but I am not good enough to need a really poppy high-end plank yet so they'll do me for a while.
