CEM (Colin) turned out to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
What impressed me was his honesty...didn't try to over-sell me at all.
I ended up with new footbeds and a suggestion to give the old boots another season before coming back next year (with a specific boot in mind for then).
Thanks Colin....have a good ski yourself.
