Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

There is, or was a couple of years ago, a restaurant across the road from La Croisette (rh end as you look up the mountain), the name is something to do with a train and you walk up a short flight of stairs to the terrasse. It's not a cheapo cheapo (are there any?) but was reasonably good value for a knife and fork job as opposed to a snack. Sorry I'm a bit vague about it.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

If you have a 3V pass, you will probably find the restaurants less expensive at Meribel. The most expensive seem to be the two near the Courchevel altiport. Those on or near the Col de la Loze offer better value for money, IMO - Le Roc Tania is very good, with excellent service. The places at Verdons (bottom of Saulire cable) do snacks, as a less expensive options. The Bel Air restaurant at 1650 is very good, but reservations are normally necessary

Agree with Patch, about the Bel Aire... worth reserving and ask for a window seat so you get the fantastic views.... mind the Russians trying to nick your table and take a big stack of Euro's wherever you go in Courcheval... wink

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

tubbsy, Welcome to Snowheads, in Courchevel Bar Le Jump by La Croisette, on the left hand side as you look at the main complex, Le Bouc Blanc - Above La Tania, fantastic view and great food
