Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

calling all Jons ski tuning students help required

Hi have spoken to Jon and he can't fit me in for his course for at least a month and I need my skis serviced they are only a week old so don't need a base grind just a wax and polish and a couple of burs on one of the rails smothed out. I wondered if there is anyone out there who has done Jon's course would would give my skis a quick going over I would of course be very greatfull and i'm sure I could find a good few beer's as way of thanks. I could take them to Snow and Rock but they have only had a week's skiing and don't need a grind which would shorten the life of them.
Hope some one can help I live in Crowthorne Berkshire and am prepaired to drive quite a way if needed. I am going sking on the 21st March Hope some one can help before then,

Thanks for all the info I am getting Edge2win to sort them out and if it looks like I will be sking more often I shall go on a course and buy some gear. anyway I will be ready for the loads of snow that will be ready for me in Les Arc in acouple of weeks time............hopefully!
