Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Laughing Axsman, indeed! In fact, if I could go to a Eurotrash disco where posh chalet girls in luminous one-piece suits served fondue, I probably would. At least once, anyway.

*plans new venture.

I would also say that Steep springs to mind as a more cultural exploration of skiing.

alex_heney, Errr...David Baddiel?

There was no indication in his article that he might stop skiing.

He was just basically saying that it is a hobby which is is no use to him in his proofessional role for the Times as a writer on "culture".

I recall that after the series then anyone who just could not learn the basics of skiing was tagged as being a 'Kevin'.

I would like to watch the series again but can't find it as a DVD on Ebay or elsewhere.

It isn't a series, just a single hour long program.

If you PM me your details, I can send you a copy on DVD (But I believe originally copied from VHS, so not modern DVD quality).

Who's David Baddiel?

Regardless of the answer, why should I care of his opinions?

I have plenty of opinions of my own (e.g. journalists/politicians should be ****), but I don't seek to impose them on anyone else.
