Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Women's twin tips

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I am new to this forum so I apologise if this has been asked before!

I'm keen to buy some skis and looking for some twin tips. I really want some that are suitable for the whole mountain as I like to ski a bit of everything. I was wondering if anyone has any advice?

I've been doing a bit of research and am interested in K2 Miss Demeanor or Miss Conduct and Salomon Mynx or Temptress. Has anyone tried any of these and if so, what do you think of them?

Cheers!

Pink ... yes, of course! I'll just get some pink ones then...

I think the Sheelas and Celebrity may be a bit too wide for me Shocked , I want some I can use on piste too and for messing about trying to jump. I like the sound of the Miss Demeanor's and was wondering how other skis of similar dimensions compare? Puzzled

The Sheelas sre amazing on and off Piste nice size turn radius at 14m is great for fast sweeping turns and also respond really well doing small turns.
I used to have the miss Demeanors and found them too sluggy out of the turn for me.

That's the first negative thing I've heard about the Miss Demeanors! I think I will have to give the Sheela's a try as everyone who I've asked about them seems to think they are great!

Thank you

snobunni, I have just bought some Line Celebrity's as I couldn't decide and I found some for a bargain! I was wondering which bindings you have on your skis?

cbaylis, i have head mojo 75 youth bindings on them as when i got my celebritys i was just about to go to South America with them and spend significant time carrying my skis on my back pack.
