I'm a young 60 year old male with non-skiing wife looking to ski anytime from 7/8 Feb onwards (flexible on dates). I'm a keen runner/cyclist and a good intermediate standard (level 6/7 on New Generation scales - www.skinewgen.com ). I usually book last minute to find the best deals and can fly from most airports. Anyone interested in a room share (no-snorers please) or any groups with a spare place?

Try this. I am booked at the novelin 15th march. £395 fully catered. You need flights but transfers included.
They are offering any room any week with no single supplement. You might end up sharing or you might get a room by yourself, pot luck.

We don't charge a single occupancy supplement if you are willing to share with another single same sex person on our flexible 3, 6 and 9 day breaks in Les coches, Paradiski - you may or may not end up sharing the room. It's been very popular with single skiiers this year (first year we're running it as a flexible operation). There's always good company around, and the staff are happy to ski with guests.

Hi Dale, I have not been to that area before, but it seems to link to the Milky Way, if lift pass covers this? Could be interested. I live in North Lancashire but am also flexible on airports. Let me know if you find any accomodation & I'll do the same.

I had a few options with B&Bs in Alagna 30 - 50 Euros each night.
Hire a car or catch a train from Milan airport.
I learnt of Alagna on this site. It sounds like a great place.
It would probably avoid the crowded French resorts during school holidays. My dates are locked in due to work.

I am in Yorkshire, and also a young 60 year old, feel 25, act a more proper 40. And a good intermediate standard skier.
Don't know if you have arranged anything off here yet but I am looking to ski for a week from the 21st/22nd Feb, preferably in Austria as it's a year since I was there but I'm not too fussy.

Try singlesport. They offer trips throughout the season with no single sups if you share or you can pay extra for single room but you will be in a group of mostly single folk to socialise and ski with
