Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Guys and girls, just got back from la Thuile. Most of the reds closed (Left of resort) or 'tired' but the blues are fine (well ok anyway).

The resort itself is still very good for other reasons. Recommend La rachard restaurent-(spelling?) which is just up the hill / off of piste 7 and la grotta down town. La bricole is rubbish - over priced and very prentenious.

Must see#1: the cabaret act in basement 2 of the planibel residence - 9pm onwards - just walk in - you do not need to be a resident. The show is italien theatre at its worse. But stay for the disco - the DJ is awlful.

Must see #2: Kenny Craig 'lookie likey' (the hypontist from little britain "look into my eyes, my eyes, not around the eyes, into the eyes, your under..." works as barman in the la bricole pub disco in the basement. Someone get a picture please.

top tip#1: get your skis serviced in ski lab in centre of planibel comples. Euros 18 and done a great job.

top tip #2: if you have a car and self catering drive down mountain to st didier , turn right (ss26 to aosta) , 5 mins, and use the supermaket 'AO' - on rhs under bridge. Downstairs is a pretty good deli/ meat / cheese counter (crai super market in town is rubbish and the delishop in planibel is over priced)

black 2 is still a nightmere. Back 5 and red 6 pretty good but snow is getting a bit tired.

As someone mentioned in another posting a week ago - get over to Le Rosier. Especially early in morning.

We also went to courmeyer for the day (there as also a bus - takes 25 mins). Snow is much better.

All in all great holiday. Now back to the Lemonchello...

La Bricole used to be very good (5/7 years ago), they couldn't have been that pretentious to let us in Wink .
