Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

hopped of a little drop (5 ft) onto a hard landing, got knocked back sending my toe straight up into the toe box. black and cracked to the base. almost took him off my xmas card list wink

CEM just to give you a little update my boots are lucious am now back to my wicked ways and can ski again ! had a brilliant day skiing the chutes and trees in the sun I can feel everything under my toes and the boots are so much more sensitive Very Happy Very Happy thankyou again

lets just hope there is some fresh snow soon I only have 10 days left to ski can my thighs take it wink

comprex, its pretty tracked out everywhere at the moment Sad there is so much less snow than this time last year BUT it looks like it might snow on friday so that should be cool !

Thanks for the update, is it crusty all around? Bring the 80mm waist but not the 100mm+? Much porridge, mashed potatoes, crust, hardpack?

TBH I have maybe 8 hours total this season on anything saving my SL skis. AACK!

comprex, Hmmm well they still reckon friday for the big dump but it snowed lightly all day today it has been really windy too !

Tower 3 chute was lovely this morning full of windblown pow etc and spent the rest of the day pretty much in the trees etc

As for your skis it seems to be here the fatter and longer the better Wink

I start the steep and deep on wed cant wait although I think its going to kill me really hoping I get to go backcountry this year Smile
