Might be better in Bend Z Knees.


Stand facing a wall, both arms out, hands on wall. Move 1 leg back, so that it's straight, bend the other 1, keep the back foot flat on the floor, so that calf muscle feels stretched. Hold for 30 seconds. Same for the other leg. Repeat. Do it twice a day.

BrightonSki, I've tried to find the exercises I mentioned on the 'balls fo fire' thread, but no luck. If I do, you'll be the first to know.
