I would like to buy a snowboarding dvd for my brothers birthday. doesn't need to be the latest out there, but one that's got quality alpine off piste boarding and a good soundtrack. he's a boarder, i'm a skier, hence the reason i'm asking here. it's just a wee extra on top of our main present to him, so nothing crazy expensive thanks.

That's it, That's all looks very very good... however, the music on the trailer is absolutely terrible, well, at least the supposed singing on it is! The whole DVD doesn't sound like that does it?

Picture This is an excellent movie with a great sound track to it (in my opinion) though its more freestyle than big mountain. Worth a look though, i think there are some clips on youtube.

If you only get one boarding DVD in your life get That's it, that's all. Even if you watch it on mute, the riding will blow you away.
If you only get two DVDs, this year's Burton's "the B movie" and Absinthe's "Neverland" aren't bad either.

If you can find them 91 words for snow (5 years old) and Odd Man Out (close to 15 years old but still quality) are my two all time faves, not just spins but an insight to the travel and lifestyle too!
