Poster: A snowHead

Thought it might be useful to know where this hotel was when asking for recent stay feedback.
So has anyone stayed here and is it as bad as the reviews warn?
We are due there half term this year!

As I recall it's well located, as close as any other place to the lifts and resort centre. Can't say as to quality though.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

They have a good pub quiz and it appeared to be a nice place, very family orientated, but never stayed there myself

As Pete Horn said, it's well located. We stayed there but it was a few years ago. Then, it was really nice. But Crystal had only just taken over as it was a private hotel before that. Sorry, not much help!

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I stayed there a few years agoe. Excellent location, walking distance of the lifts and right on the Front de neige. Rooms were basic but comfortable and the cuisine when we were there was excellent, although the staff do change each year and I've read (on here I think) that last year the food wasn't particularly great

Thanks for all the info. Sounds ideally located. As we stayed in Le Viking last year it will be nice to be in amongst the "village". Any other comments would be great......hopefully they got a new chef!

Stayed there in 2007. Good location comfortable hotel. Food was OK but there wasn't enough of it and they wouldn't bring extra bread or wine. Most of our party bought bread and wine from the supermarket opposite to suppliment what was on offer
