Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hahnenkamm Ski Posters - Help

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I was lucky enough to be Kitzbuhel/Kitzberg this new year and had a fantastic week in a resort I have visited more than a few times. The snow was excellent and the slopes were busy at times but not too busy.

I seem to be developing an obsession with the World cup ski races held on the Hahnenkamm in January. Anybody who has stood in the start gate at the top of the Streif will relate. I have started to collect the posters that are produced every year in association with the local tourism office and the BTV bank. The posers have been produced for the last 20 years and currently have the 2003, 2005 and 2009 posters.

Does anybody know where I can pick up any of the previous years? I have searched the internet but to no avail but my skills on the internet could do with some improvement. Do you have a poster and want to sell it?

many thanks, Boyd

At the bottom of the page on the link you mentioned there is a section about Art and Poster Collection, with an e-mail address for the Bank für Tirol und Vorarlberg (you would have to change the [at] into a proper @ ). Have you asked there? Send them an e-mail to see what they have available.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

thanks for the help, espri and Phil. I've emailed the bank and they advised to simply try the branches in person as they hold previous years they haven't sold. I'm back in Austria in three weeks or so, so will continue the hunt then.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I see these posts are a few years old, but I have a framed 1987 Hahnenkahm poster that I got when I was there. Let me know if you have any interest and I can send a picture.
