Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I'm seeing an unbelievable amount of broken bindings at the moment, my only guess is they have been left open all summer and the heat in the house has caused them to bend outwards, then they hit the cold and get bent back the other way. It's seriously all I do all day from morning to evening. I see so many I've had to start charging labor on top of parts just because it takes up so much of my day.
Does anyone think 12 quid is a lot for fixing a broken strap? Keeping in mind I have to take the binding off and hunt around for a suitable spare, more often than not having to drill pieces/make improvisations. I was charging 2 pound 50 but the boss wasnt too happy with that. Laughing
