Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

After taking off my skis in a rental shop in Andorra I walked down the road (2 mins) only to realise I had left my sunglasses and gloves in there.

I went back only to be told, "sorry none here!".

I'm now one pair of Oakley's and and a very aexpensive pair of all leather Dakine gloves down!

i can get the sunglasses again but a really good pair of all leather gloves seem impossible to find.

I've tried S&R but theeir range is cr4p.

I want gloves for skiing not the gauntlet type.

Any suggestions?

Leather motor cycle gloves fine for skiing (unless you really suffer from cold hands - most blokes don't seem to it's more of a girly thing Toofy Grin ) and a lot cheaper than so called "skiing" gloves.

Ordhan, My old gloves were climbing / mountain ones. £35 and they are only now getting wrecked after 18 years. However.. climbing gear prices are now approaching those of ski wear. My advice... buy your winter gloves in the spring sales Cool Not like I did and forget until the next ski season has started Evil or Very Mad

Jumping Jack Flash,

What sized gloves do you need. While looking for other things I've found a brand new pair of Large Sized Reusch Ski Gloves that are too big for me.

They are black with brown leather trimming. They have brown leather palms and brown leather inside the fingers. The back of the index finger and thumbs are also brown leather. The gloves are Goretex and Thinsulate.

If you want them PM me. I'll sell them for £30 plus p&p.

Jumping Jack Flash, I have Hestra efforts, a little gauntlet... not right up over the jacket though.

Don't know how much they were.
