Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi Guys

CAn anyone point me in the direction of some good places to go, preferably involving a little bit of skinning? We have many years experience and all the kit, just need some pointers.....

We're off for a long weekend tomorrow and it'd be good to try out some new spots

Much appreciated

Hollers

Top of Chaux Fleurie, turn right and skin up the ridge. Lines off skier's left (down into Plaine Dranse) and right (down back into the Linderats valley).

Top of Chaux Fleurie, turn left and skate your way past the top of the lift you can see. Follow that track, which drops down to a red run (Rhododendrons), skin / boot pack up the short track past the radio mast. Lines to skier's left.

Top of the Fornet chair, turn right off the lift and follow the obvious boot pack line over the small saddle (past the "you are now entering an off-piste area" sign). Over the ridge is the Valley de la Manche. Best lines are to be had by traversing skier's left. Be careful though as you're following a ridge line with cornices.

Bottom of Mossettes chair (Linderats side) - you can skin up the obvious valley to right of the chair.

As a word of caution, there have been lots of avalanches to all aspects and there are glide cracks all over the place.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?
