nondescript, Foret was the hardest run I did in Val/Tignes when I was there, though unfortunately I didn't get to ski everything! The conditions were similar to what you described. Sache and Silene were much easier at that time. My only experience of North America (Whistler) suggested that they do mark much harder things on the piste map than Europe (assuming European itineraires are discounted). I have never skied anything hard enough to propose an answer to the OP though.

Paint Brush at Jackson Hole is one of the hardest runs I`ve done, big moguls, kink in the run, fall and you won`t stop and Corbets one of those I didn`t because I chickened out of the `fall` in. GC I`ve done a couple of times, in good conditions, it`s OK. Tunnel at ADH I`ve also done, similar to Paint Brush but a fall unlikely to be (quite) as painful.
Believe it or not LakeLouise has got some pretty hairy stuff marked.

Verbier's glacier has the deepest and steepest moguls I have ever seen, I decided not to do it and went back down in the gondola.... wot a big baby i am

L'emile allais (eh-mille al-lay). I speak to his daughter sometimes, he's still alive I think, he must be 96 or 97 this year. He was the head of the original Courchevel piste patrol and got avalanched in those couloirs several times while doing control work (done by ski cutting on the end of a rope back then, extremely dangerous stuff).

Hardest stuff I've skied is on Whitehorn and ER and possibly Goat's Eye at Sunshine. I did backoff from Corbetts but that was about 15 years ago but have been skiing much more since then. Would love to have another stab and see if I did indeed have the balls.

It gives a clear view of the snicket between Emile Allais and Grand Couloir. I'm not sure quite how steep it is but that certainly got the blood flowing! It's hard to ignore that big wall of rough rock on the RHS. Nice snow though, with only offpisteskiing's tracks in front of me.
