Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I'm an occasional snowboarder, very occasional actually. I guess it's the expensive mountain bike habit and minimal holidays that does it. Anyway, I've got a load of kit that I splashed out on around 2001. It's seen maybe 4 weeks use total in that time so while it's not the newest or best, it doesn't make sense to bin any of it.

All i remember is that the boots kill be. They're Northwave, a boot inside a boot type thing for conventional bindings. I bought them from Showcase is Whistler, the service seemed reasonable so I don't think I was just sold any old boot. So, what can I do to make them more comfortable? Or is it that I've just not had time to break them in yet?

I was fiddling around last night and found that I've got some blue superfeet insoles on top of the original Northwave ones. Should I bin these and try some thick Yous Sole mouldable inserts? The Your Soles have worked in the past for my cyclig shoes.

I've got flat norrow feet. Do snowboarders use wedges under the bindings to alter the angle of the foot, stop it being too flat? There's something similar in cycling so your foot isn't clamped flat to the pedal.

Thanks for any advice.
