Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

There used to be an instructor (may still be!) with Ecole du Ski Bousonniere in Serre Chevalier called Davina - trying to remember her surname now! She was my instructor two years running when I learnt to ski ten years or so ago as a teenage school boy! Fantastic instructor, lovely person and great fun to ski with. Would love to know if she's still instructing and where.

Ed: the Davina in the top left corner of this page?

Nah - just the result of taking 50-70 private lessons a year for 10 years or so...
I spent a fair bit of time with a number of those folk... usually making whimper noises! (Not any more though)

I needed to learn their names if I was going to book the lesson the next day.

Ed Ludlow, there's an ex-pat English ski instructor called Davina in Serre Chevalier, sister of Darren(?) Turner who also teaches out there. I met them about 3 years back in Tignes, both great characters - main recollection is that Davina was going strong despite having had both ACLs reconstructed over time!
