Anyone used a Dakine Concourse or Fall Line Wheeled Double Ski Bag?
I'm thinking of getting one for my next trip as we're travelling on the snow train and I think it might make life easier than my normal wheelie bag and seperate ski bag, as we have a couple of train connections to make etc. I'm hoping the Dakine bag might fit all my kit in it - 1 pair skis, boots, helmet, clothes for a week.
One of these... http://www.snowfit.co.uk/product/Snow/Luggage/Ski-Bags/-8655
Thanks in advance,

The concourse double will hold everything. Whether you'll be able to lift it is another matter. If you're on the snowtrain and there is somewhere dedicated to put your kit you should be fine. It will be more difficult if you have to make any sections of your journey on public transport. I wouldn't want to brave the RER with mine.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

BrightonSki, I had a similar bag that I took on the train and coach from Essex to Val Thorens. Once on the long trains after a fight to get it stowed it was fine. However, it was heavy, awkward and in some places a PITA particularly on a packed Paris underground. On the other hand it pulled along wonderfully - horses for courses I guess

Was it any more hassle than a standard ski bag, which i'd have otherwise, along with my other luggage?

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

they're pretty big - too big maybe, certainly length wise - the dakine board roller or another alternative (i think Head do something similar??) might be better depending on the length of your kit. The advertised 200 length is certainly pretty generous

BrightonSki, you'll get that in. I have the cheaper double one with wheels, I think the fall line, I couldn't get what I needed for a week in it, no chance!

How does the Fall Line version compare with the Concourse one?
The longest skis I have are 178cm so I think they'd fit in either.
