Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Shocked Didn't know you could spend that much on a pair of planks!

quote from carradan website... "The FLEX:2 system absorbs much of the impact involved in skiing, so minimizing stress transfer to your lower body and resulting in your ability to ski harder and longer.*" *=patent pending

For that cash I would imagine you get someone to ski for you!

I've tried accessing the image via the web-stie itself and I only get a partial picture (the tails and bindings of about 2/3 of the left ski)

rob@rar, The jacket I would have considered picking at the show had I not already got one in the bag from Eider had VIST all the way up the front in 4" high letters. It was a bit loud, but the price was good. In fact its OT, but the Vist ski trousers that I ended up with have a zip down each leg to assist with removal - would you know if these zips will be waterproof should I take a purler?

PS don't buy them, just hunt the sellers and their familys and make them suffer a slow and painful death.

You are too merciful and tolerant kiwi. Don't stop the slaughter with their familys (sic). Let's round up their colleagues and acquaintances too and beat and torture them until they are sorry they ever laid eyes on the things.

I will lead the charge by giving anyone who even looks like they might have seen your skis a jolly good pasting in the name of all right-thinking and justice-loving snowHead s

p.s. I live in Abu dhabi at the moment - no skis have ever been stolen here... funny that innit? I wonder why? Puzzled

I've never had any problems with them (although I did get unzipped by a mischievous friend on a t-bar once).

You haven't quite ordered those skis correctly.

The first Rossignol pair are longer than the pair of whatever they are between the VIST and the Rossis Smile

kiwi1, really sorry to hear this, here's hoping the police get somewhere with finding the guys (or that Snowheads do). They won't be able to move them so you're probably right with the 'they look nice' thing.

Best of luck with catching them...
