Swirly, it's not possible to remain poo-poo if you do a season, as long as you stay out of the bars. It is possible though to convince yourself you are poo-poo after a season because your expectation of good gets a lot higher.

this thread kind of makes me realise how lucky I am, I was moaning the other day about having to waste another winter working, dont think I could live with just a week or 2 in the winter. I guess that's why people still go up in real crap weather. My days of 120+ days on the mountain might be over but I see it's not that bad really. At least thats what I'm trying to convince myself.

i checked about 3pm for someone else and the price was up to about £540/540ish
2 weeks from 7th march £600
thats for a small hire car tho,so if you used a handirack boardbags can go the the roof

If she pays for it herself who cares if she can ski or not ? She could always do half the holiday in a city and then meet up for a few days before flying home together ?
