Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Timmaah, There is a bus goes from Lyon airport to Grenoble bus station and another from there to LDA. The one from the bus station is very cheap not sure about the other. This is the link for the 2nd leg try the airport site for the other one.

You can also do train from airport to Grenoble and bus to resort.

Wouldn't a straight bus be more cost and time effective? I got a quote already of like 55€ return per person...

Its 30€ from Airport to Grenoble and about 10€ to LDA (both return) by the 2 bus route. No direct Satobus shown.

Timmaah, It will be too early for the direct Satobus and probably also for Bens Bus. The regular bus route is quite painless although there might be a bit of a wait at Grenoble bus station. I hear that the transisere bus timetable is not yet set for the winter and you should check out the website in a week or two. The route from Grenoble to LDA is 3030. The website is never the most user-friendly, so be ready! Shocked OTOH the quote you have is more than reasonable, so it seems to me that would probably be your best bet.
