Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

boabski, I have the CCJ's on my ipod, I borrowed a DVD from a mate with a few thousand tracks on it and found it saved on it. Its great and I honestly get flashbacks to the Griabli.

I heard a few rumours about them, did'nt one of them go to rehab in Oz and another get an amputation ? Could be aload of tosh, don't care they are/where the best I've ever seen, anyway

SMOOOKE ON THE WATER, FIRE IN THE SKY Toofy Grin

It was without doubt the best 2-3 hours of the day. Bumped into Chris earlier this year in St Anton (long hair guitarist) and said that he had some 'demons' that needed dealing with, ie alcohol, hence the split. He did say to us that they were getting back together. Can't remember the geordie guys name, but apparently he's still doing his stuff in Ibiza. Fingers crossed they will reform as they were top class, and it will give me an excuse to drink several Kaisers at the Griabli, as opossed to the poo-poo they sell at the Mooserwirt now (can't believe they gave up Zipfer!)

Going to Stuben with family in Feb, so will need to pay a visit to double check.

Luc Alphands brews hit the spot for me.

I'm not 100% certain, but isn't it Luc Alphand's brothers brewery that makes it? Nothing like cashing in on the name....although before an injury prematurely ended his career, wasn't the brother regarded as a better skier?

I liked Egger, which was bottled and found in St Johann in Tirol...

Grafenwalder from Lidl is rheinheitsgebot(spelling?), cheap as chips and not bad for a tinned beer.

Chasseur,
No idea who was the better skier.
I think, but like you am not certain that the Brasserie is Lucs brother's and the brewery belongs to both. Either way, it's damn good beer. snowHead
