Whitegold, yes, judging by the commentator's lingo. There's a clue on the front face of the jump... a logo... I'm gonna say Garmisch.

Rule out Innsbruck (no graveyard). The tress don't look like Norway. So, I still say Garmisch but it could be Oberstdorf.

Judging by the commentry i'd say Oberstdorf...(he talks about the 4 hills and says even someone from oberstdorf has won it..which I reckon you'd only point out if it was a film about oberstdorf.)

as for the skier...it looks like a few different ones juding by the different bib numbers..though on one bit he says that 'this jump' was won by Max Bolkart...so that could be Max Bolkart in the shot..but it also confirms that its oberstdorf
