Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

The snow was too hard, I sucked on the piste, the park scared me and all the park rats seem to be 12 years old.
Besides that a really good sneaky zermatt trip. Can't believe how badly my boarding goes since being a one man boarding machine at the end of april to being unable to grab melon in August Sad

And dont tell anyone but that glacier melting global warming conspiracy thing seems to be true at least in zermatt, the difference in one year was huge, if I look back over 4 or 5 years it's insane how much is gone. Just makeable back to trockner steg over gravel and all sorts of crap.

It is a bit depressing. Remember the proposed outdoor slope in the UAE with snow which can withstand temperatures of up to 30ºC or so? Looks like we're gonna need it in a decade or two.

Boredsurfing, not strictly true, Glaciers are big lumps of highly compressed snow, it's not so much the summer temperatures that have an effect on the glaciers as it is the lack of winter snow

I'm growing a beard for some reason, turns out my beard is grey Sad So now I can't board properly anymore and I have a grey beard. Can it get any worse?
