Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

With the season over or nearly for a lot of people i was wondering waht was the best thing you did or witnessed this season,not on the slopes ie airport, en route to resort on in the bars

The best thing i saw was my mate pi55ed falling all the way down the stone steps in Fat Alberts in Soldeu then getting up and start to blame a girl who we was with for pushing him Laughing Laughing

My mates best thing he saw was my face after i had torn my calf muscle and he tried removing my boot without undoing them first Evil or Very Mad

Me and a mate locked our car keys in a hire car in Livigno and had to borrow a coat hanger from a shopkeeper to open the car.

The shop keeper was very confused and a lot of passers did wonder what we were doing! Its quite ironic considering we are both from Liverpool Toofy Grin

My all time favourite, albeit from a couple of years ago was her ladyship doing an eclair (we were all doing doughnuts) into a snow bank and nearly into the river. Only the judicious application of a hockey stick got the engine casing freed enough that the tyres contacted the ground. An interesting insurance claim ensued...

The fun bit (given that we were all "slightly" inebriated) were the calls from Italian locals that we should get the police to help... Puzzled Puzzled

Reading the Montalbert snow report thread from our resident posters - Cockahoop and Redrunmarcus and of course his Lordship Toofy Grin Toofy Grin and then joining them........

Meeting a fellow Rome rider and SH on the slopes of LP - she is now smitten with the area:-P

And the real best thing is that each trip the snow just got better and better
