Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Long Weekend Bash

Never done this before ( ie out on say Friday at crack of dawn and back late Sunday or possibly Monday). Apart from the inevitable airport traumas are there other downsides? Is it really value for money? Depending on response anyone out there up for a bash in late Jan? Very Happy Problem is where best to go

To my mind there are two clear choices.
A resort really close to an airport or take the train to france. It depends a little where u are travelling from. I'm in London, so the train is easy for me and u get to sleep your way down and back.
If u work in London, it's possible to do almost a full day Friday (dep.Waterloo about 17:00) Ski full days Sat+Sun and be back at Waterloo about 10AM
Monday: Early enough to roll into work saying, "uugh, train took 2 1/2 hours this morning!" (don't mention it was from Paris Wink )

I suppose now you're going to say u are travelling from the channel Islands or something Very Happy

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

If you are out crack of dawn Friday why not try and get out late thurs, either train or flight. The train will get you as far as BSM friday morning so you can get 3 days skiing. Don't think I would be in work on the monday though...!!
