Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Geneva airport transfers

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I'm busy organising a trip to Les Carroz for February next year, and I'm after recommendations for cheap but reliable airport transfer providers. The best price I have been quoted so far is £390/500 Euros return for a party of 11.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Very Happy

But €45 isn't exactly a bad price is it?

skibandit, that's an excellent price, especially in a peak week; grab it.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

We used www.transfer-intelligence.com for our last trip to Val Thorens - and were very happy with the service. £390 split between 11 sounds pretty reasonable to me...

I agree with everyone else - €45 is pretty reasonable IMV.

Sounds OK to me. It's not very far, but how much can do you expect to save on €45/head?

skibandit, Agree this looks excellent - hiring and driving yourself wouldn't be cheaper as you'd need three cars or a normal car plus a very expensive 7 seater. I'd book it now if I were you (unless its £390 each in which case I'd check it isn't a helicopter snowHead )

skibandit, We paid 450 euros for 6 people GVA to La Tania this year, and that was with a professional discount! Ok it IS further but even so, and knowing what other transfers can cost, your quote is very cheap and I'd grab their hand off! Double check it's right first though Very Happy

Thanks for the advice guys. As I've never booked private transfers before I have no idea what the going rate is, hence my post. And as 5 of our 11 are youngsters, the 6 adults want to keep the cost down!

Thanks again.
