Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hello and Driving out to 3 vallees week before Christmas

Thought I`d get registered on here and say hello......
Found it from a thread on Natives wink

If Anyone needs a Lift/ Car share to the Alps week before christmas, then I will be driving out, currently solo.
I`m not a kid wink I am a non smoking profesional (sounds like a personal ad)
Car is an Audi Quattro with very good sounds, snow tyres etc, also Have a Ski/board rack as well if needed.....
Was going to leave inside till I got out there to save on Fuel, but if you need it then wink

I`m going out for the rest of the season, got an apartment in Brides les Bains so it would be one way only, but there are cheap flights back again from Lyon etc.

Day of departure is currently flexible as I have not booked the eurostar yet.
I am in the South east, station at the top of the road that is 40 mins from Fenchurch Street. could possibly accomodate the night before if needs be ?

I am crossing the Northsea on 22 December from Newcastle to Amsterdam and heading for Bourg St Maurice in a Shogun. May see you in 3 Vallee. Since you are driving an Audi Quattro I have dropped the idea of suggesting a race.

You should know that we have snowheads runing accommodations in La Rosiere (David@traxvax) and Bourg (PG and HG). There is a drinking den in Peisey operated by flying squirrel. I am staying in PG's place for 2 weeks. Other snowheads I am aware of are

Spyderjon with Den +20 buddies in Courchevel between 3-9 Jan.
Mark Hunter is known to have booked with David in La Rosiere
Kuwait_ian will be in Les Arcs between 20-27 Jan.
I think there are quite a few going to 3 Valle but I haven't keep a record
