Poster: A snowHead

Walloped a rock that was sneakily hiding in the powder last week. Initial concerns were about me but now I am on the mend I noticed the mess the board was in.
The photo is a closeup of the edge that took the impact, its kind of warped and the sidewall is cracked. The topsheet has a nice crazy paving pattern (photo didn't come out) spreading out from the impact zone.
Surprisingly enough the base has some minor scrapes on it and not even a coreshot.
I think the crack is quite deep into the board as its kind of gained a bit of extra flex!
So, safe to ride or repairable? I know theres only a description and photo to go on.
Thanks.

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

it's dead. It may last a while but one heavy landing or high speed turn and it could let go.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

prog99, 'gree with stab, its back's broken if it's got a fracture pattern across the topsheet. Sorry for the bad news

Thanks, off to go shopping
Since I was stuck on easy groomed runs for the rest of the week breaking the board on a landing was never going to happen.

prog99, ouch, hope the run was worth it! Put it on the wall, will make a nice decoration. At least this is the right time of year to get a good deal. Happy shopping.

Swirly, you've evidently not seen the mess that is my board! Even before the accident it was covered in scrapes from lift queues.
I don't think its even worth of decorating the walls of my shed.
