Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I am goin to montgenevre next weekend with a few friends and would appreciate any advice on any good restaurants for racelette?
And any good bars/clubs/cafes that play decent rock music, AC/DC, le zep, and the like!

jwhiteley1, you may well be out of luck on the retro metal front, but if you like cheesy school disco, the Blue Night is the place to go. Come to think of it, the Blue Night is the only place you can go anyway. Laughing The CaDelSol does good food.

jwhiteley1, I was in Montgenevre a couple of weeks ago. Le Capitaine was great for pizzas and very reasonably priced too. See my report for some other suggestions for eating out and in.

La Capitaine - for delicous pizzas the restaurant is Sicilian and good the pizzas in full eye view.
Le Graal - bar with good atmosphere
La Cadelsol - best for raclettes and tartiflettes

There wont be any that play rock music. Not the place for live music unfortunatly.

Christopher, the Rois Mages regularly has live music - you must have missed it. Can't say they play a lot of old school metal though.

jwhiteley1, montgenevre isnt a big place. It is on the main row of restaurants and shops on the snow front.

http://www.montgenevre.com/plan_village-ete.html?&L=4 On the map it is just to the left of the church that purpley thing on the map. Directly north of the Prarial Chairlift.
