Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Weekend skiing

Any places that do weekend ski courses?
Ideally looking for something round Easter but also in general throughout the winter season for next year.

So far, I have:
ski white gold
ski weekends
snoworks (actually only week long courses I think)
piste to powder
ski freshtracks
bramble ski
white heat
mountain tracks
alpine experience
Warren Smith (only week long)

Even out of all that it's proving tricky for some weekends. Also, I'd rather do off piste than just on piste weekends but it seems later in the season, I've missed some of the better courses

We used these last season for a half day off piste session in Val D'Isere and they were excellent. The route was tailored to our requirements and (as far as I'm aware) they run sessions every day. Very reasonable prices as well.

It might be worth contacting Warren Smith directly. When we did a week course with him, there seemed to be various people turning up and doing the odd day here and there. Alternatively some of the Warren Smith team do individual instruction which I'm sure could cover stuff from their course.

In our experience, it was an excellent course which definately took our skiing on much further. Mind you did have to put a fair bit of effort in, it certainly wasn't an easy ride.
