Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Do I have the right (girlie) Skis? (Salomon Scrambler 33W)

 Poster: A snowHead

Hi there,

Because I hardly cannot find any information about my Salomon's on the internet (season 2004-2005, lady allround, 1.50 m), I hope someone in here can tell me more about them --> what type are they, for what kind of person, are they easy or medium -- stuff like that. what experiences do you've got with these things? I ve got them from a friend, so I didnt got information from an expert. Puzzled

I'm a sportive type, allround, like speed, prefere long turns - but I started skiing only 2 years ago..so, my technique isnt always advanced. Im a 46 kg by 1.65 m, kind of a lightweight.
Last year I've tried the Salomon Rush no7, which I liked -- but didnt found them for sale - and before them the Salomon SX 10, which were too heavy in proportion to my skill-level (and missing muscle power)

The Salomon Scramblers feel ok on the training back here (small indoor skicentre), but I hope they are rigid enough in higher speed on piste. Help me out! Thnx!

The reaction on the looks-question was @ Barry.. wink

Thanx Fox, although I am not such an expert in translation the technical characterics of the skis into an 'understandable' language -
I suppose the skis will fit my level and posture - right?
