Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

PDS lift pass points scheme, whole PDS or just valid in Les Gets?

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I've been to Les Gets for the past 6 years and always use dthe same pass, earning points as I go and gaining a couple of free ski days here and there.

Now is this points scheme only valid in Les Gets or can I get the same in St. Jean D'aulps this year?

Reason I'm asking is that the people who manage the chalet we are renting have offered to supply our ski passes saving us having to get them on the saturday afternoon when we arrive. Now do I use this service so I can get in the hot tub and rest my tired boday after a long drive or should I walk down to the village and top my own pass up so I gain a free skiing day next year?

Cheers

Jay

jayc, IIRC the points scheme only buys you PDS passes - which includes SJD

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Yeah but does it apply if I buy it in SJA? Just wanted to check its not just a local Les Gets thing. I'm a full PDS man, need to cover lots of ground!

jayc, No problems. The next time you buy a pass (hands free) they will take it off you and give you a new one! Dont worry, they will give you the credit (€'s) off the price. It is not actually the same piece of plastic. They clean the ink off your one and give it out to someone esle!!!!
