When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Australian Olympic champion Dale Begg-Smith reinforced his status as the world's No. 1 moguls skier, winning gold in Lake Placid (New York State) yesterday to stretch his World Cup series points lead. Begg-Smith's 13th career victory followed a silver medal at the same venue on Saturday. ...The 23-year-old has 220 points after three of the season's 11 World Cup events, with Canadian Alexandre Bilodeau the nearest challenger on 156.

Did you know Dale Begg Smith switched countries from Canada to Australia when he was 15 as the Canadians were too restrictive in relation to his schedule for training, he is independently wealthy from an IT business run by himself and his brother (also a mogul skier)
